Technology majors with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred. Key Responsibilities and Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Working with internal customers and other IT staff to assist in the deployment, configuration and maintenance of desktop computers, software applications and peripheral equipment * Use trouble ticketing software to assist technology team in resolving technical problems quickly * Write or revise internal documentation in accordance with IT standards and procedures Technologies used or supported * Windows XP Pro, Office 2003, Real-time Financial and Trading Applications * Computer Imaging/Cloning software, Desktop Management software, Helpdesk Ticketing Software * Dell Desktops and Laptops, HP and Xerox Printers, Blackberrys
