This spring, service sites are still recruiting UMBC students to commit to weekly service through the 096 Community Service & Learning Practicum. The hope is to fill sites within the next week or so; orientations will soon follow.
Sites include:
- Creative Coders (Tuesday & Thursday at Arbutus Middle School)
- Sherman Early Literacy Program (Monday & Wednesday at Bay Btook EMS; Tuesday & Thursday at Curtis Bay EMS). See flyer below

096 Practicum Spring 2020 student learning outcomes:
- Describe awareness of community assets and needs
- Demonstrate a sense of social responsibility
- Exhibit intercultural awareness and perspective-taking

- Strengthen interpersonal communication and collaboration
