The Shriver Center at UMBC, working in collaboration with our students, faculty, staff, and community partners, aims to address critical societal challenges by bridging campus and community through engaged scholarship and applied learning. Together, we envision meaningful social change through transformational higher education and community partnerships.
Our initiatives include: The Choice Program at UMBC, The Shriver Peaceworker Fellows Program, Service-Learning & Community Engagement, and Public Service Scholars Programs. You can donate directly to any of the programs, or give to support the ongoing work of the Center from this page.
Your gift helps provide training, transportation, and mentorship for student leaders who are already changing the world.
Donations can easily be made on-line, but directions are available if you prefer to mail in a donation. Make sure you designate “The Shriver Center” or for program specific donations put “The Shriver Center: (program name).”
All funds raised are administered by the UMBC Foundation for the benefit of UMBC.
Thank you for your generosity and support of our programs! You can make your gift to The Shriver Center, at support.umbc.edu.
