TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Job Location(s): 300 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202
Description of Job Responsibilities
• Develop learning tools such as job-aids, checklists, and presentations
• Assist in performing editing review and testing for newly developed earning materials and providing feedback
• Collaborate with Lead Programmer and project team in the redesign and development of the Training Group website.
• Create custom graphics as needed for learning content
• Collaborate in developing creative ideas for using social media in teaching the new financial education curriculum and teaching employees to facilitate the training to our customers.
• Programming assessments and surveys for courses using web version of assessment tool.
Salary: $15 per hour—Free parking provided
Hours: 15 hours per week
Qualifications: • MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Bonus Skills in using Adobe software such as Captivate and Photoshop

Description of Job Responsibilities
• Assist with the development of data infrastructure strategies and innovations needed for Production systems, Risk tools, and Risk processes.
• Work closely with product risk managers to understand analytics and MIS needs
• Partner with senior staff in external departments to accomplish company initiatives
• Produce reports / analysis for tracking sourcing and performance used for setting business direction and for portfolio policy changes.
• Assist in the development of strategic recommendations based on observations of key business indicators and trends
• Design and complete MIS and reporting in support of ad hoc requests from the business, regulatory agencies, and/or other audit entities.
• Understand, interpret, anticipate monthly and ad hoc data requests from Risk management

Qualifications: • Current course load in Operations Research / Statistics / Finance / Computer Science / Mathematics
• Some database experience
• Familiar with large dataset and database in PC and /or mainframe environment

• Ability to operate in fast paced high volume environment with proven abilities to consistently meet aggressive deadlines
• Has experience with computer programming languages and/ or SQL / SAS
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
