Analyze and document existing management and sales processes and procedures. Suggest, document and implement improvements and efficiencies that will result in reduced cost, processing times and third-party involvement. Collaborate with senior project managers to implement the new or updated processes and procedures. Develop and report detailed metrics to track improvements. Utilize the metrics to estimate resources required for future efforts. Report results to senior management. Analyze manual processes. Develop and document workflow. Suggest, create, and implement process automation utilizing SharePoint. Develop and document procedures and implement in a highly dynamic environment. EDUCATION: Working towards your Bachelors and or Masters degree in a Computer Science, management Information Systems or related technical field. Candidate must have a 3.0 Cumulative GPA. REQUIRED SKILLS: Successful candidate is a self-starter who exhibits a high level of creativity and works independently. Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) is required. Candidate should have an engaging personality and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a US Citizen. DESIRED skills: Prior experience with Six Sigma improvement methodologies is desired as is a proven record of improving existing business processes and reporting capabilities
