Peace Corps Connect: Call for Research Presentations 2015

Peace Corps Connect 2015 will include several research presentation sessions integrated across both the Friday and Saturday schedules to allow for a wide audience.  These presentations will take place in 1-hour blocks with 1-3 presenters in each session.  Presenters should plan on 15-30 minutes for presenting, with the remainder of time dedicated to discussion.  Rooms will all be equipped with AV, and presenters are encouraged to use slides or other visuals.  We also welcome dynamic and interactive presentation styles.

Here are a few more details as you submit your proposal:

  • Proposals from Grad Students, Faculty, or Research Professionals are equally invited.  We hope this will allow for natural connections across diverse career paths and levels of experience.
  • Proposals from all disciplines and across topics are equally invited.  We are a curious and engaged community with interests ranging from sciences to arts and humanities, and across topics from local to international subjects.
  • Proposals are not restricted to specifically Peace Corps-related research.  We want to know what RPCV researchers are studying and learning!
  • Research at various stages is welcomed—from published articles and books, to completed dissertation or capstone projects, to works-in-progress.
