Engineering Internship in Construction

Doka USA is seeking a paid intern for 3-6 month position reporting to the Regional Engineering Manager.  The position is 10-20 hours/week between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

The Intern will be responsible for:

• Creating AutoCAD drawings for concrete walls and slabs to be used for formwork and shoring layouts
• Assisting in material take-offs
• Printing, organizing and highlighting structural and architectural contract drawings
• General office tasks

Successful candidates will be:

• Experienced in AutoCAD 2010
• Experienced in blueprint reading
• Excellent command of English
