Paid Chemistry Internship in Columbia, MD

Grace Davison is seeking an intern for their Research Center located in Columbia, MD for the Fall 2011 term.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Individuals studying Chemistry who are undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or graduate students with the following major:
- Previous chemistry lab experience required
- 3.0+ grade point average

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
•    Perform research experiments at 50 gm scale
•    Conduct experiments for bonding of different phases on to different
silica platforms
•    Key phases yet to be experimented with include: Affinity
Chromatography, HILIC, Phenyl and Butyl
•    Further optimization of the phases for the silica and cost reduction
experiments
•    Preparing and submitting samples for analysis
