The ideal candidate is a metrics oriented go-getter that understands that recruiting is not a nine to five job and it is about building relationships and networks for the job openings of today but also for the job openings the firm might have tomorrow. We are looking for a self starter that can get right in and get going.
Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to source and engage technical candidates
• Post positions
• Interview candidates
• Maintain recruiting database with requisitions and candidate status
• Manages communication with candidates
Desired Skills & Experience
• Good organizational and writing skills
• Quick learner
• Basic familiarity with the various IT disciplines
• Good pre-screening skills
• Ability to connect with people on all levels
• The ability to track and produce individual performance metrics
• Results oriented driven personality
• Relationship building, negotiation, time management, communication and
problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
