Dawit Gebremichael Habte is the author of Gratitude in Low Voices, an autobiographical memoir on his journey as a refugee from the East African country, Eritrea. Mr.Habte resettled in Maryland and earned a degree from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Habte currently holds a job as the Director of IT Development Operations (DevOps) at Bloomberg BNA.
Come hear his story and learn about the journey of a refugee and enjoy some delicious food!
