Diamond Comic Distributors is at the nexus of comics and pop culture. Based in Timonium, MD, DCD is the world's largest distributor of English-language comic books, graphic novels, and related pop-culture merchandise, serving thousands of retailers and comic shop customers worldwide.

Advertising/marketing/media, Communications/ public relations, Consumer products/retail sales, Internet-related, Journalism/publishing, Writing/editing/research

Responsibilities:
Intern will help with the following:
* Maintain websites with stories and articles
* Manage articles regarding comic books and graphic novels
* Maintain media releases calendar
* Conduct short interviews with comic book writers/artists/other subjects
* Produce press releases

Desired Skills:
Strong writing skills
Interest in comics and graphic novels
Basic HTML skills
knowledge of content management systems
PR and marketing related coursework

Major: Marketing, Public Relations, Writing, Communications

Workdays: flexible, 2-3 days per week
Requirements: U.S. Citizen / U.S. National
Paid: Yes, Hourly
