Paid Fall Help Desk Technical Intern in Downtown Baltimore

We're looking for a help desk technician to add to our current helpdesk team. The following requirements are needed, but do not guarantee a job.
1) needs to be able to diagnose problems and issues as well as walk a client through a fix or two over the phone in clear, plain, and simple English
2) needs to be proficient in all versions of Microsoft Windows workstations from XP and on
3) needs to be comfortable using remote tools such as ShowMyPC, LogMeIn, and Team Viewer
4) needs to be able to relate to clients and provide satisfactory customer service.
5) needs to be able to learn quickly new things and be prepared to deal with Software you've never seen before.
6) needs to be ok with travelling up to 40 miles or so in order to be dispatched to the client
7) needs to have a basic understanding of networking, router configurations, and access point deployments.
Certifications are not necessary, if you have the ability and the knowledge then that's all we need.
