- Computer Science or Information Science Major
- Onsite work at Sylvan HQ
- Network engineering (if available)
Duties:
- QC tester – help in the execution of test scripts for soon-to-be-release software products under the direction of QC management
- Desktop Support – help in the support of corporate machines for corporate employees and introduction to engineering duties
- Both of these potential roles will allow the intern to observe how the software development lifecycle and support for a technology-enabled company works in the real world.
