Are you looking for: a) a Living Learning Community where you can live for 2010-2011? b) a community of residents who are committed to service and civic engagement? c) leadership opportunities in service-learning? Then apply to live in the Shriver Living Learning Center (SLLC)! Students who live in the SLLC participate in a number of activities together as an LLC: - 1 credit course, Reflections on Community Service and Civic Engagement, in the Fall 2010 semester - September 11th and Martin Luther King, Jr. National Days of Service - Presentations and attendance at local and national conferences - Community building activities If you are looking to live on a floor with students who are committed to service, leadership, and civic engagement, then SLLC is a great match for you! Go to The Shriver Living Learning Center to download an application. The deadline has been extended! Completed applications are now due to The Shriver Center by 5pm on Friday, April 30th.
